Stress, what stress?
How amazing life would be if that were the answer anytime someone asked you do you have any Stress in your life!
Life would’ve been so much simpler, wouldn’t it?
Well, it doesn’t hurt to daydream!
There are 3 things I want to clarify before I dive into the relieving and healing process.
First, stress is a normal part of life and the # 1 thing you can do to handle it better is to accept it as a part of life.
Second, not all stress is bad — some kinds of stress are healthy and important like when you workout you’re putting your body under stress which then enables you to build the strength and stamina to live a long and healthy life.
Third, stress affects people differently, so it’s your joy to see how stress affects you!
Without a doubt, stress is amongst the top 10 things that people report as something that wrecks havoc on their lives.
So today I want to help you keep your stress under check!
My goal is to help you stop stress from triggering the fight-or-flight response because let’s face it not everything requires us to go into full alert.

Meditation music is music you use while you practice meditation.
Meditation Music can be any type of music that you find relaxing and soothing. I recommend that you choose instrumental music or music without lyrics so you won’t be distracted by the words.
I personally love deep relaxation music and background music as they are soft, gentle and doesn’t distract me while meditation.
